A free preview usually takes under a minute. A full paid set of 12 or 36 portraits typically takes a few minutes, and we email you the delivery link when it is ready.
Your original photo is automatically deleted within 24 hours of generation. We never use your photos to train AI models and we never sell them. Finished portraits are available to download for 7 days. See our Privacy page.
If a set clearly does not look like you, or generation fails, we first offer a free re-run. If that still does not work, you can request a refund as described on our Refund page.
You can download and post your paid portraits on your own social accounts. Please only upload a photo of yourself, or one you have permission to use.
The free preview is one portrait in one scene, with a small portraitfest.com watermark in the bottom-right corner. Paid sets include all portraits in high resolution, with no watermark.
